The season of mangoes is upon us and we have a pretty easy recipe to share. There is an economic case for cooking foods/ using fruits that are in season; you get them for cheap unlike when they are out of season. Now, to the point: Ingredients 2 Large Ripe Mangoes 1 Banana (Optional) ½ cup of Milk (powder/liquid) Directions

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes (discard stone) and bananas.
  2. Slice them into bits and refrigerate for a while.
  3. Transfer the cold slices into a blender and add milk till it forms a puree.
  4. Pour puree into a bowl and keep in the freezer.
  5. When the puree is iced, scoop into a cup and enjoy your home-made healthy ice-cream!

Ps. To achieve mango shake, add more milk and skip step 4 and 5. Your milk shake is ready.   Preparation time: 5 minutes We deserve accolades for sharing!
